Laboratory of Metrological Support
of Calculations with Inaccurate Data
Konstantin K. Semenov
Head of the Lab

Our Research

The laboratory of metrological support of calculations with inaccurate data is engaged in scientific research in the field of modern methods and means of automatical evaluating the characteristics of the calculation results’ uncertainty inherited from the uncertainty of the initial data, as well as their using for applications
  • Development of modern methods and means for analyzing the transformation of the uncertainty of the calculations’ initial data into the uncertainty of their final results
  • Metrological support of calculations with inaccurate data
  • Development of software for evaluating the uncertainty characteristics for results of computations with inaccurate data
  • Development and analysis of algorithms for applications related to the processing of inaccurate data (clustering of inaccurate data, solving systems of nonlinear equations with inaccurate coefficients, integrating differential equations with inaccurate conditions, solving inverse problems faced of uncertainty, etc.)
