Our Research

Design of micro- and nanoelectronic integrated circuits mainly for transceivers of wireless systems, including communication, radar, radio navigation, sensor networks, radio frequency identification.
Si CMOS, SOI, GaAs, GaN, MEMS technologies are used. Chips are manufactured according to the Europractice program at foreign semiconductor factories UMC, X-Fab, IHP, Winsemiconductors, or at domestic enterprises in St. Petersburg, Zelenograd
Low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, switches, phase shifters, frequency synthesizers
Operational amplifiers, current amplifiers, switched capacitors circuits and filters, analog-to-digital converters based on delta-sigma modulators, parallel and conveyor analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters based on current sources
Synthesis and research of promising nanocomposite materials based on conductive polymers with various structuring additives (carbon nanotubes, silver nanoparticles).
